I had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service and they got back to me the same day. From my experience, that makes a big difference because I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. They did get everything sorted out, but I do think the first reply could’ve included a little more detail so I didn’t have to follow up. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

It arrived with a tiny chip, probably from shipping, which was a little disappointing. But it still looks nice and I’m happy with it overall.

I was ready to place my order until I saw the shipping cost. Apparently getting it delivered was going to cost way more than I expected, so I canceled the whole thing. Love when the final total magically ruins the purchase.

I ordered from enescousa.com the package showed up faster than I expected. Tracking updated like it should, and it arrived a couple days early, which I definitely wasn’t prepared for, so I guess that’s on me for assuming it would take longer. Everything was packed well and nothing was damaged. No complaints from me, the shipping was really solid.

I tried using a discount code I found on their site, but it barely applied to anything in my cart. The prices weren’t terrible, so I still checked out, but I definitely slowed down and double-checked everything before paying because the discount details felt a little unclear. Checkout itself was smooth, but it wasn’t the deal I thought I was getting.

I was able to find what I needed on Enesco, so it’s not like the site is terrible or anything. But it did take more clicking around than I expected, and a few pages loaded slower than they should have. Whoever runs this really needs to tighten up the navigation a bit.

The search was okay, but not great, and some of the filters could definitely be clearer. Checkout worked, but the pages felt plain and a little outdated. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not the easiest or smoothest site to use.

I’ve known this brand for years, so I felt comfortable ordering from them. The whole process was smooth, and my stuff showed up just fine. Easy. Solid.

I blame myself for assuming the refund would take forever. It actually came through way faster than expected, which was a nice surprise.

I ordered a gift from enescousa.com and it did eventually arrive, but it showed up later than the estimated date. The tracking barely updated for a few days too, so I was basically stuck waiting around and checking the queue/status over and over, which got annoying.
The item itself was packed well and nothing was damaged, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just wish the delivery timing was more reliable because the whole waiting part made the experience feel kind of stressful. Not terrible, but definitely not great either.

I was actually planning to pick up a few things here, but once I saw the prices, that plan pretty much went out the window. The items are nice and seem good quality, but everything felt a bit overpriced for what it was.

I had a little issue with my Enesco order because one of the items showed up with some small damage, and I wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be!!!

I reached out to them and got a reply quickly!!! They just asked me to send a photo, and before I knew it, they had a replacement sorted out without making the whole thing stressful!!!

I really appreciated how easy they made it!!! Shipping stuff happens, so I get it, but they handled it well and kept me updated!!! I’d definitely order from them again!!!

It’s not bad overall, the quality is mostly fine, but one of the pieces felt a little cheap to me. I don’t know, I guess I just expected it to feel a bit nicer

I picked up a couple of pieces from Enesco USA thinking they might hold their value, but the resale prices are disappointing. The items themselves look fine, so I don’t know how many times I have to explain that the quality isn’t the issue — they just don’t seem to be as collectible as I expected. Shipping was okay, but if you’re buying with future value in mind, I’d probably look somewhere else...

When it arrived, I thought something seemed suspicious. The design didn’t really match the photos, and some of the details looked kind of wrong in person. Not sure if I got a different version or what, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected

I really liked the way this looked online, and I’ll admit it’s still cute if you’re just seeing it from a distance. But up close, the paint job was messier than I expected and some of the edges felt rough. If it had been cheaper, I probably wouldn’t be as bothered, but for the price I expected better quality.

They did a good job keeping me in the loop, emails were easy enough to understand and I never really felt left guessing. There was one time it took a little longer to hear back, but it wasn’t a big deal.
